Registered Air Mail (10 to 14 days delivery) with delivery confirmation, is FREE for all orders. Live internet tracking is NOT available with this method of delivery, so if you provide an incorrect address or delivery details, we WILL NOT be able to track the order.

ATTENTION SOUTH AFRICA: please note that due to the very poor service offered by the South African Postal Services, we STRONGLY recommend that you order the ECI shipping option with your order. If you order by Air Mail, while we guarantee we ship within 24 hours, we cannot gurantee that the South African Post will deliver your order on time. As such, we will not replace any orders shipped by Air Mail that are lost/delayed.

For guaranteed delivery on time every time, with live internet tracking, please use the ECI shipping option at the bottom of the shopping cart.


ECI (Express Courier International - 3 to 5 days delivery) with tracking number, is an additional ZAR400 per kg (2.2lb) of weight of products that you are ordering. ECI shipping can be added to your order at the bottom of the shopping cart below.

We receive international transfers within 24 to 48 hours after you send them.
